Bio: With over 20 years of experience in various roles and industries, I am a versatile and passionate talent acquisition professional who strives to help others achieve their career and personal goals. I am a former CPA (inactive status) and hold a BS in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and I have a strong background in accounting, auditing, and finance. Currently, I work as a recruiter at Wake Forest University, where I support the hiring and retention of diverse and qualified faculty and staff. I have been a top leader in the social marketing industry for over 17 years where I have taught and trained thousands of entrepreneurs to build a legacy business and design the life of their dreams. I am a DEI advocate and a customer-centric leader who values relationship building, customer service, business development, and people development. I am always looking to cultivate relationships with other successful professionals and to learn from their experiences and insights.
