Bio: Growing up across the US, I call Mount Airy, NC, home. Working as a personnel manager for a textile manufacturer and 13 years with Southwestern Virginia Training Center as executive secretary and administrative assistant has allowed me to become an exceptional and versatile leader within a competitive field. Throughout her years, I have given back to the community by volunteering for Girl Scouts of America, Special Olympics, 4-H, and proctor and mentoring students in Surry County Schools. I joined the Campus Recreation team in August 2017, which Wake Forest University empowered me to combine my passion for health, nutrition, and fitness, as well as leadership to create a positive, inclusive and diverse atmosphere for students, guests, faculty, and staff. I transitioned to Campus Financial Services in June 2023 to seek career development and advancement within the Financial Division. I embrace the University’s support for continuing education, diversity, and inclusion and its ability to attract and recruit students from all over the world.
